Salary: from £17,000 - £21,400 per annum + Month & Quarterly OTE

We have an amazing opportunity for a consultant to work within our Health & Social Care team in Glasgow to help expand our Allied Health division. You will be working along side our three teams of consultants at all levels and reporting to either the Section Manager or the Associate Director.

Responsibilities -

- Understanding clients & candidates requirements and maximising these opportunities
- Attending recruitment exhibitions & business events to expand your network
- Designing advertisements to attract job seekers
- Winning new business and managing key accounts

You must have a proven sales ability, and be able to build an excellent rapport on the phone and face to face, ideally you will possess strong organisational skills and will have the desire and drive to succeed.

There is no threshold for the first six months on commission and after this you will be able to make monthly and quarterly commission.
