An exciting opportunity has arisen for a chartered building surveyor to work within one of the largest and most successful construction consultancies operating in the UK today. The company in question wish to recruit a chartered Building Surveyor to be based in their Glasgow office and assist with plans for departmental expansion.
The ideal candidate is a chartered Building Surveyor with a number of years experience within the Scottish market. They should be confident with the full range of the Building Surveying remit, including contract administration, dilapidations, schedules of condition, project monitoring, schedules of dilapidation, pre-acquisition surveys and condition surveys. They will also need to have prior experience with a range of sectors including office, industrial and retail.
