Hi,

I have a three bedroom house in Hamilton, close to Hamilton West railway station and I'm looking to rent out 2 of the rooms - details below;

Room 1 - Master bedroom - Large Double Bedroom with fitted mirror wardrobe, Luxury Double bed, general furnishings. £300pcm for single occupancy - £340 for a couple.

Room 2 - Double Bedroom - Large Double bedroom with either a double bed or a single bed if you'd prefer more space, wardrobe and general furnishings. £260pcm - single occupancy only.

Room 3 - Single room - Spacious Single room with single bed and general furnishings. £200pcm - single occupancy only.

I don't mind which of the rooms I rent out as I will move into the remaining one.

Bills are included in the price so long as you are fair with the useage (gas, electricity etc) and you need to pay for your own phone calls from the house phone. It is a non smoking house but I dont mind if you stand at the back door to smoke!

The house is fully furnished and has all mod cons.
