Service Delivery Manager
Our client is a large blue chip organisation focused on the construction sector. Due to growth and new projects, they are searching for a Service Delivery Manager
The role will involve extensive UK travel, so although the preference is for a Glasgow based candidate exceptional candidates based elsewhere in the UK will be considered.
The main elements of the role will include:
Managing delivery of all contracted service to ensure high level of performance.
Working with the service delivery team and partners.
Providing input to and participate in service improvement initiatives.
The successful candidate for this role will have an extensive and demonstrable background in a similar role within a large , multi site organisation.
It is essential to have service delivery experience, and an ITIL qualification.
