newlly formed Southside based tree care company looking to employ tree surgeons/ apprentice tree surgeons both now and in the futute.

currently we are loking for experienced climbers with minimun cs38,39, who are able to carry out crown reductions, sectional dismantling etc. this is on a self employed basis at present, although permenant on books will be available early next year. rate of pay is £100 - £150 per day depending on experience and ability. driving licence required. glasgow area prefered.

we are also looking for an apprentice tree surgeon to start on a casual cash in hand basis untill early next year, where a contract will be offered along with training opportunities including emergency first aid.. casual rates will vary between £8per hour to £10 per hour depending on ability.

these are both pysically demanding jobs, in one of the most dangerous industries around. applicants must be physically fit and able to work in extreme weather conditions when required. un qualified applicants must be willing to learn complex health and safety procedures and be able to follow strict instructions in a hard working environment. you must also have a head for heights and be comfortable using dangerous chainsaws at height after training.
a fast ability to learn and improve fitness is also a must. this job is highly demanding, but applicants could find themselfs working in a fun friendly environment, which can be very rewarding.
