CHEF WANTED
We are looking for an experienced, creative cook to come and work with us in one of the best food shops in Scotland (winner of the Glenfiddich Award for Food, finalist in UKTV Food Heros, Pick of Scotland The Best etc.).
You should have:
Experience, up to at least Chef-de-Partie level
Independence and Creativity
Energy and Enthusiasm
Sound knowledge of food safety
Good experience of managing kitchen budgets
