CONTRACTS & PURCHASING ADMINISTRATOR
As a member of our administrative team your primary focus will be to ensure all administrative requests sent to you are dealt with in a timely and detailed manner.
As an administrator, you will need to be flexible, computer literate (experience in MS Office and Excel), have a willingness to learn and attention to detail.
As you will be dealing with day to day enquiries, experience of liaising with both external and internal customers is essential.
Key Duties & Responsibilities are:-
Collate all Food GPs into report format
Collate all Utility Meter Readings (gas, electric & water) into report format
Update the Contract & Purchasing Managers diary with impending contract review dates
Update supplier spend & retro information from statements into report format
Send reports to other key business managers
Gather Insurance update information monthly
Check invoices against contract prices and reporting, highlighting any discrepancies
Periodic letter writing from dictation
Basic typing and filing
Assisting other departments with administration duties as and when required or instructed by Senior Management
