TRAFFIC MARSHALS
£6.68 per hour
SCOTTISH OPEN - LOCH LOMOND
Thursday 10th - Sunday 13th July 2008

City and Suburban Parking Limited are currently seeking to recruit Traffic Marshals to work at the Scottish Open at Loch Lomond from Thursday 10th to Sunday 13th July 2008.

The duties of a Traffic Marshal include managing the movement of vehicles, assisting with the direction of traffic flows and responding to customer enquiries.

There are no specific qualifications required for this role as full training will be provided, however, previous experience in car parking or traffic management would be a great advantage. More importantly, the position requires customer-orientated individuals who are willing to operate out of doors in all weather conditions. In addition, candidates should be able to demonstrate the following attributes:

The ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing
The ability to operate under pressure
The ability to communicate with authority to ensure compliance with both operating and emergency procedures
An understanding for the need of high customer service levels

Minimum age limit for the position is 17 (Insurance purposes). Full PPE uniform is provided.
