Design Engineer HV Networks. My Client is a Global Multi Utility Business looking for a Design Engineer to join their thriving yet stable company with plenty of long-term opportunity. Working as part of a friendly, supportive team, you'll be able to make your mark right from the start. Due to tremendous growth they are now in the process of establishing a new design and bid team in Falkirk. As it is a new team, the right candidate could take on a lead role within the team and manage the team.
On offer is an extremely competitive salary £36000 - £45 000 with excellent company benefits.
Job Profile:
The successful candidate with be capable of designing 11 – 33kV networks. The work will mainly consist of electrical design work on utility infrastructure for Industrial and Commercial developments and new housing developments. In addition to the design work the post requires prices to be gathered from sub contractors and a bid document to be prepared and issued to the client.
Candidate Specifications:
·Preferably you will be a Chartered Engineer or have qualifications and experience leading to Chartered status.
·2 years + experience in electrical network design at voltages up to 33 kV.
