LANDLORD IS SEEKING EXPERIENCED TRADESMEN to help
Convert 1 bedroom property in a 2 bedroom Flat. EAST END OF GLASGOW.

Experienced and Insured tradesmen required to refurbish a complete flat.
Joiner must be an Excellent finisher.

Breif outline includes the following:

Supply and Fit new kitchen with appliances.
Fit new radiators,
Fit new ensuite, tiling, power shower, etc
Fit new bathroom suite, tiling etc
Create a Kitchenette by knocking away 2 recess walls and putting in necessary steel beams. ( you must have your own insurance !)
Replace electrical switches
Re plasteing the lounge, Bedroom 1 and 2, Kitchen, Hall
Wooden Flooring in hallway and Lounge
Carpets
Joinery work
Refurbishing old skiting.
