I am looking for someone to move into a room in a west end flat for approx 3 months (Mid-Nov to Feb/March but these dates are flexible). I am going abroad to work for a few months, so it would be sharing with my flatmate (female phd, 25, who is very friendly, but who is in the lab a lot!).
This would be suitable for a postgraduate, visiting student, visiting professional, couple, or a mature undergraduate.
Photos are available upon request! The room has a double bed and built in wardrobe. The flat itself has a large living room/dining room and a separate kitchen, an underground garage for parking, and a large patio just outside.
Bills (electric, broadband, phone) are very cheap. Rent is £320 with one month's rent as deposit.
