I have a room available June 1st on West Princes St, just a few minutes walk from St. Georges Cross subway. It is a nice sized room with a sunny window, £195 per month plus about £35 for bills. The bathroom is a bit dodgy now (but not too bad), being renovated over the summer with new tiles and paint, and as a result the rent goes up to £210 starting September. I'll be showing it over the weekend and making a decision Monday the 19th of May... let me know if you would like to view it.
