Receptionist
Location: Glasgow, Scotland
Salary: £18,500/Year
Seeking an experienced and confident receptionist to answer and route all incoming calls for internal and external customers, updating the directory as they go along and dealing with any customer complaints.
Duties:
* Directing all calls to correct destination.
* Using own initiative to deal with difficult calls.
* Work as part of a team to ensure switchboard coverage at all times.
* Provide training on any agency staff.
* Full understanding of the directory in use.
* Be familiar with internal departments and their responsibilities.
* Being customer and quality orientated.
