Our client is a quality provider of contract catering services and has a position in Glasgow for a head chef, working in one of their blue chip units. The role offers a very competitive salary and flexible working hours.

Job Description

The role will involve working as a head chef within a contract catering environment. In charge of a team of chefs to provide catering for over 300 staff members daily, occasional hospitality catering will also be required. The successful candidate will have full financial awareness, be in charge of GP targets and all staffing cost. The position requires the successful candidate to work Monday to Friday within a flexible framework and work a total of 40 hours per week.

Required Experience

To be considered for this position our client will need to see experience of being a head chef, preferably in a contract catering environment. A successfully and steady track record will be highly advantageous and experience of large volume catering will be essential

Salary and Benefits

The starting salary for this role is up to £22, 000.
