I am a fully qualified yoga instructor that has taught for the past year all over the world and am now returning to Glasgow to continue my teachings and practice. Additionally I am qualified in Children's yoga and Pregnancy Yoga.

Pregnancy Yoga Class every Tuesday @ 19.30 @ The Steiner School, 52 Lumsden Street, Yorkhill (just behind firebird and the goat). Classes last an hr. From second trimester (week 14 onwards).

General group class every Wednesday @ 19.30 @ The Steiner School, 52 Lumsden Street, Yorkhill. Classes last an hr and 15 mins.

Bring your own mat if you have one, if not, they will be provided.

Price is £6.

Private tuition available at special introductory rates of £20 for just over an hour per session. Yoga can be done in the comfort of your own home and if theres room, you can bring up to three of your friends and split the cost of the class. As this is your own private class, the class will be organised around what you want to take from yoga e.g focus on fitness, relaxation or a specific area e.g. back pain.
