Trainee Recruitment Administrator

We require a Trainee Recruitment Administrator for our busy recruitment office in the city centre.

You will be the first point of contact for any telephone calls, responsible for the updating the candidate database, checking references, filing applicaton forms, updating various job websites and any other tasks as required.

It is essential that you have excellent communication skills with an excellent telephone manner. You must be enthusiatic and looking to establish a career in the recruitment industry within an admin role. You must be efficient, have good time management skills and be highly organised. It is essential that you are computer literate and fully competant with Microsoft packages with a good typing speed. Temp to perm job. Candidates must be educated to at least higher level.
