Maintenance engineer required for maintaining a range of services, plant, equipment and building fabric for a sub contractor’s, estate in Dumfries & Galloway. The Technician will support the Supervisor in the effective delivery of the planned and unplanned maintenance activities across the estate.

 

Essential:



- Qualified tradesperson with higher qualifications and extensive post apprenticeship experience

- Understanding and application of safe systems of work and Electricity at work regulations

- Knowledge and application of fixed wire testing and portable appliance testing

- 16th Edition Wiring Regulations

- Multi-skilled building services engineer with the ability to diagnose faults in large commercial and industrial systems

- City & Guilds 2391 for inspection and testing of fixed wire installations

- Commercial Gas qualifications

- COCN1, CORT1, CAGA1, TCPC1, TCPC1A, CCCN1, OASH working safely

- PASMA, portable access equipment

- IPAF, powered access platforms Desirable:
