Nursing Home on the South Side of Glasgow require a full time permanent chef/cook. Must be fully experienced and hold a Food Hygiene Certificate. Working 5 days over 7. Responsible for the day-to-day running of the kitchen, ordering, stock control, preparing well balanced, nutritious menus. Successful applicants would have to provide a full work history, 2 written references and undergo enhanced disclosure.
