Considered the most powerful single-movement Chi Gung yet created, this is a deep and highly effective Taoist Nei Gung (inner work) system, yet simple to learn. You will learn to release your spine and spinal ligaments, pulse your joints and internal spaces of the body, gather and release macrocosmic chi and develop the microcosmic orbit of your energy. Its name comes from the practice of unifying the energies of Heaven and Earth in your Tantien during this practise.

Heaven and Earth Chi Gung leaves you highly relaxed both mentally and physically, with a great sense of physical comfort. It has many powerful and positive connections with, and effects on your liver. An organ that is important to general well being. Extremely effective for helping back, neck and joint problems as well as a myriad of repetitive stress injuries (RSI). Many body work therapists find this exercise beneficial in avoiding burn-out and physical pain and discomfort from their work.

Most people are taken by the form of the movement, its grace, humility and evident connection. Once the relatively straightforward external components have been learnt, the meditation on the internal components becomes a changing focus of the exercise until all the components fall away and the marriage of heaven and earth is directly perceived.
