The Loft, in Glasgows bohemian West End, is looking to add a senior person to its kitchen brigade as we restyle the food offering of one of the Citys best know venues.

You will have gained at least 18 mths in a CDP role, dealing with fresh produce and cooking to a very high standard.

You will be able to cope with high volume and work in a pressured environment. Your attention to detail will be excellent as will your professional approach to your appearance and standards at all time !

An excellent hourly rate as well as a good shift rota (no split shifts) will be offered to the successful candidate.
