Maintenance engineer required for maintaining a range of services, plant, equipment and building fabric for a sub contractor's, estate in Dumfries & Galloway. The Technician will support the Supervisor in the effective delivery of the planned and unplanned maintenance activities across the estate.

Essential:

Qualified trades person with higher qualifications and extensive post apprenticeship experience
Understanding and application of safe systems of work and Electricity at work regulations
Knowledge and application of fixed wire testing and portable appliance testing
16th Edition Wiring Regulations
Multi-skilled building services engineer with the ability to diagnose faults in large commercial and industrial systems
City & Guilds 2391 for inspection and testing of fixed wire installations
Commercial Gas qualifications
COCN1, CORT1, CAGA1, TCPC1, TCPC1A, CCCN1, OASH working safely
PASMA, portable access equipment
IPAF, powered access platforms
Desirable:
