As part of a team assisting the Senior Property Director your role will be to handle duties including:
Source new business
Manage existing portfolio
Demonstrate business skills / prepare financial budget
Self motavate and achieve set targets
·Arranging repairs and maintenance on flats, tenements and houses
·Dealing with insurance claims
·Administering statements of accounts to go to residents ensuring charges are accurate
·Liaising with contractors
·Sourcing new contractors
·Arranging insurance on properties
·Dictating letters to be sent to residents and contractors
·Occasionally visiting properties to check standards of repairs
Experience:
This role is mainly office based and is split between client visits,admin and telephone duties. Career progression is available every 6 months and would give the successful candidate the opportunity to progress their career to Senior Property Manager level.
Candidates should have a polite and professional telephone manner, good clerical skills and the ability to handle and prioritise a busy workload. A high stand of customer service abilities is also essential.
