We are looking for easy- going people to join our friendly Harburn House team. Settled in between Edinburgh and Glasgow you find yourselves in a stunning estate surrounded by gardens, lochs and woodlands walks.

What we really need is experienced couple or pair of friends, who are prepared to do a bit of everything, have a good sense of humour, excellent customers care and don’t mind hard work. We are not a hotel; therefore every day at work will be different.

You will be both helping our chef in the kitchen and there will be lots of opportunities to learn new dishes, because for every event the menu is specific.

You will be helping with general duties in house, housekeeping, waiting, serving drinks and being generally helpful.

There is a lot of handymen work available, so if that is one of your talents, you will be welcome to use it.

We host weddings and corporate events and atmosphere and work is generally pleasant and cheerful.

There will be night porter position available from November as well so you will need to be prepared to work during the night. Duties include looking after our guest, driving them back to their accommodation in near by lodges, setting up for breakfast and getting the place back to normal.
