Hi I'm Michelle and I live in airdrie. I'm at glasgow metropoliton college studying year 2 higher professional cookery. I'm looking for part time work in waiting, bar or even kitchen exp.in Glasgow, Coatbridge, or Airdrie .I have a bar license. I am very well experienced in this line of work as I worked for 3 years in a big family run hotel which has a function hall, bistro, a la carte restaurant, and public bar. My duties included opening and closing of all departments, working all floors, bars and running. I had to leave there on 10.10.09 in good terms as why I'm looking for part time work. I'm silver service trained, polite, professional with 100% attendance. A great team worker, great at carrying a number of plates and i enjoy working as a waitress. It's hard going but thats why I like it. Working within the kitchen, I don't have any experience outside college and would love to get that as I'm on my hnc/d next year and hope to be a head chef in about 4 years time.
