I have a room to rent smack bang inbetween west end and city centre, just off Argyle street, 10 minutes walk to suchiehall st or 10 minutes walk to byers road/glasgow uni.

Its a nice double room in a modern build flat with all mod cons. a large storage cupboard and chest of drawers etc. ready to live in right away. Secure entrance and private parking with plenty of shops really close by. Theres buses, exhibition train station and hillhead subway all within walking distance. With the summer coming in, kelvingrove park is just up the road too.

I am 28 female student studying jewellery making and fine art portfolio at GSA. I work hard at my course but love to socialise and chill out at night in front of the tv, or with music and friends. At the weekends I like to go clubbing sometimes or hav a few folk round for a few drinky poos. I love music, my bf is a DJ, but dont worry, he doesnt live here so the music isnt pounding 24/7! :-P

Flat is £300 a month + bills, they normally add up to about £40 a month all depending on hoe much get used for tv licence, sky tv, broadband, gas and electricity, And a months deposit of £300
