Salary £13850, Monday to Friday only, Standard shifts.
Language Requirements: Fluent in the following languages: French and English
Job Description
To identify customers who have not settled their accounts within the terms of the agreement, and to follow this up with the customer in a professional manner.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for contacting customers to discuss their accounts and terms of payment. You will be part of a dynamic European team requiring good team skills and be at the forefront of customer service. This role requires a confident person who is highly organised and motivated.
Experience
Previous experience of working within a customer services environment together with a professional telephone manner and an ability to communicate effectively with customers by phone would be a distinct advantage.
You should also have a confident manner and an ability to communicate important information in a sensitive yet professional capacity.
