Hey I am a postgraduate student at the University of Strathclyde. Love to cook, meet new people, enjoy the odd night out over the weekend and love having friends over for a nice meal / drinks. I am easy to live with, very responsible and clean. A stark fact about me is that I talk a lot. Yet, I know where to draw the line and give the other person his / her privacy. I really value my personal space and will equally well respect yours, yet I do crave for someone to chat to about the day / week's events and would like to enjoy a drink / coffee with my flatmate every now and then.

Now, here are the details about the flat - I've seen a gorgeous flat at Howard St. (just behind St. Enoch Centre). It's a very nice 2 bedroom flat and there's a lovely, well landscaped private courtyard at the entrance of the building. The accommodation comprises lounge with dining area, open plan kitchen, two double bedrooms (one en-suite) & a modern bathroom. The rooms are well equipped with a desk, wardrobe and a chest of drawers and the living room is very spacious. Both the bedrooms and the living room overlook the beautiful Clyde River.

The rent for a double room will be £315 per month (exclusive of utilities).

I really want to take this flat and am looking for another girl to share it with. Since it's such an amazing flat in a very handy location, I reckon it'll go off the market very soon and I want to grab it before someone else does. While it is available to move in only from 4th Dec., we'll have to pay the deposit pretty soon if we want to take the flat.
