We operate an 8 bed hotel with 30 cover restaurant and busy locals bar We are looking for a cook or chef to work in/run the kitchen.
Depending upon your experience/skills we waill tailor a menu to feature your strenghts. Salary will also be based on experience and skills but will be in the region of £12000 to £20.00 Live in.
Alternatively we will consider franchising out the entire catering operation allowing someone with ambition to set up and run their own business on a very low (nil) ingoing cost
