We require reliable and enthusiastic lease consultants to work with us on a self-employed basis.

Successful applicants will complete a template report for each lease sent to them by e-mail. You can work from anywhere you like and will receive £5 per lease report completed by you.

You must:

- be able to meet strict deadlines
- have frequent access to e-mail
- be fluent in and have a high standard of English
- have a good and up-to-date knowledge of Scots property and lease law

It is desirable that you:

- have or are nearing completion of a legal qualification, or have worked in a legal environment.

You must not be a fully qualified lawyer.
