David Dale House, was originally an annexe of the college of building and printing, named after David Dale (1739-1806), founder of the New Lanark Mills. Dale, as industrialist, banker philanthropist and entrepreneur, was one of Scotland’s foremost citizens in the 18th century. 2006 is in fact the bicentenary of his death” The David Dale building is an exciting opportunity for any business to locate in a first class location.

Road travel - The David Dale Building lies in the heart of Glasgow’s city centre and East end approximately 5 minutes drive from the M8 junction 12 at Dennistoun, or alternatively follow the M74 to its finishing Junction and follow signs for the city centre with Bridgeton approximately 2 miles in on the A74.

Rail Travel: the nearest railway station is the Bridgeton station only a short walk from the David Dale building, which gives further access to mainline railway links in Glasgow city centre 10 minutes away. Regular services are operated from there by GNER and Virgin trains to the West and East coast mainlines including Newcastle, Manchester, London Kings Cross and Euston. Glasgow also operates an underground system linking the city centre to all surrounding locations within a few miles.
