If you want to be involved in one of Scotland's and Britain's most successful Olympic/World Championship sports, but are not built like Steve Redgrace, then why not think about steering.

We are looking for light people to steer our crews to victory. You will be supplied :

*Boat!
*Lifejacket
*Speaker system to relay your commands to the crew

You will get full training on steering and calling a race. You will be a crucial part of a winning crew!

At Clyde Rowing Club, we are a small club, but have a very successful record in Scottish and British competition. Several members have competed for Scotland, one has even steered the Scottish Womens eight in the Commonwealth Rowing Championships. We also sometimes compete overseas. We are very friendly as well, with regular social events.
