We are currently looking to recruit an experienced and talented Assistant Manager/Head Waiter-Waitress/Supervisor to assist our management team in the effective running of our new Victorian style restaurant coming to the Merchant City.

Candidates must have previous experience in a similar role and come from a high standard establishment and fine dining service style experience. You must have an excellent personality with a “can do” approach, strong leadership and communication skills.

You will be responsible for every operational aspect of the day to day running of the restaurant including training, team building, staff motivation, stock control and daily administration.

This is a “hands on” role where the successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery of exceptional customer service and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation. In addition to promoting the business and achieving both sales and profitability targets, you will be also required to implement all legal obligations including employment law, food hygiene and health and safety.
