Lesmahagow football academy is opening on Monday 9th November and is looking for anyone or companies who would be interested in sponsoring the academy or any events in which we put on.

The main aim of opening the academy is to give kids an alternative to playing computer games and standing around streets at night.

Whether the kids are a complete beginner to football or play on a regular basis, here at the academy we promise to help improve their game in a fun, safe and professional coaching environment.

The sessions at the football academy will be taken by a group of enthusiastic coaches who feel they can offer top quality coaching to kids of all ages and abilities. We cater for all ages and abilities, our sessions are a great mix of fun, disciplined exercises, football skills, confidence building and social interaction.

Whether the kids are in the advanced group and play for a team or just enjoy sports and activities all children will get the same high levels of coaching from our staff.

Both Nil By Mouth and the coaches at the Academy will work together in an effort to rid any possible sectarianism from the community and most importantly the academy.

Nil By Mouth is a registered Scottish Charity (SCO 30375), existing for the sole purpose of achieving a society free from sectarianism where cultural and religious diversity is respected by everyone. Both Lesmahagow Football Academy and Nil By Mouth believe that Scotland can succeed in this goal if we unite together to tackle the problem as a nation.
