37.5 hours per week


A well know Housing Organisation is looking for a Housing Advice Officer to work in their office on a Full Time Basis up until the end of the Financial year. You role will include providing established Housing Advice to the General Public as well Public Bodies and Housing Organisations, as well as working on more difficult requests on a case management basis.

Ideally you will be an established in the Housing Sector already, with a good knowledge of the Housing Sector including:-

Housing Law
Housing Benefits
Advocacy
Mortgage & Rent Arrears
Tennant & Landlord Agreements

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
As well as demonstrating your knowledge on the above sectors, ideally you will be able to provide the following Skills & Qualifications:-

- Be Qualified to a Degree Level in Housing or be working in the Housing Sector.
- Be comfortable with dealing with a number of case loads
- Have good IT Skills
- Excellent Telephone Manner
- Be able to work on you own and have good Time management skills
