One car parking space is now available outside my apartment on New City Road. The space is 5 mins walk to Sauchiehall Street and Dental School, 1 minute to Art College and Cowcaddens Underground. The area is quiet, residential and secure as the apartments are always occupied and the area is well lit.

Rental is £50 per calendar month payable one month in advance and an agreement must be signed between us and tenant. One months notice of vacation of parking space required.

We also have a 2 bedroomed apartment for lease in the same block of apartments and will happily do a deal for flat and parking! Please contact us to arrange a flat viewing and for any info on the parking space!
