Learn practical self defence, how to release from choking, graping, street fights, knife defence techniques, but delivers it in a manner to improve cardiovascular and muscular conditioning as well as developing mental awareness, self-esteem, discipline and confidence.

Kung Fu Fitness self defence techniques are based on individual flexibility with 3E in mind (Easy, Efficient, Effective), thus everyone can defence themselves from an attack.

By the end of this workshop, student will have an understanding of:

* Martial Arts way of Meditation
* Bando Yoga stretching
* Practical self-defence techniques for choking and graping
* Defence for Stand up, ground work and weapons
*360' defences and footwork
* The meanings of BPC, FPS and three F's
* Learn to speak a wee bit of mandarin
