ABOUT THE FLAT - My flat is decorated to an extremely high standard and has mono-blocked drvieway to the side of the property. All flooring, blinds and light fittings will be left. I have recently spent over £1500 on the bathroom which has been professionally tiled and shower fitted in.

The flat also has front, side and back garden which is enclosed and very private as is surrounded with a 6 foot fence. The grass is cut by the housing association so is very low maintenance.

The main pic shows my estate from local nature park opposite which highlights how tranquil the village is.

Reason for wanting a move - I love where I live, I just need a second bedroom. I will be sad to have to leave Aberfoyle as it really is a lovely place to live but fully appreciate that to have a chance of a bigger property I will have to look outwith the village itself.

My immediate neighbour is lovely and would be happy to introduce any prospective swapper to any of my neighbours as we all get on really well.
