My client, a luxury resort based on the Isle of Arran is seeking a Chef de Partie for their restaurant based within the resort.

The restaurant can turn over 600+ covers per day and is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, 7 days per week. My client is keen to receive applications from candidates with a solid background as a Chef de Partie, who are looking to further their culinary career within a luxury resort.

The salary for this position in £13k - £15k per annum. My client also offers live in accommodation (charged at £30-50 per week), membership of their extensive leisure facilities, meals whilst on duty and discounts on hotel products and services.
