Extremely busy Italian / American restaurant in Glasgow city centre require an experienced second chef to assist in the running of there fast paced kitchen operation.
The successful candidate must be comfortable with all aspects of kitchen management including staff training, stock control, all aspects of health and hygiene as well as producing good food at all times.
This position is on a four days on three off working week.
