Sous Chef
We are www.galleyoflorne.co.uk and are seeking a Sous chef. We are a 6 bed 17th century Inn situated in a stunning lochside location on the west coast of Scotland.
We are dedicated to fresh, local food, it's preparation and presentation. We have a restaurant capable of 60 covers per night, and in addition a lounge and public bar. Between bar and restaurant food in the height of the season more than 100 covers is achievable.
Position reports to the Head Chef but this person will be fully responsible on his days off.
Preference will be given to applicants with experience and showing a willingness to make a name for themselves.
Good communication skills, in spoken and written English, are essential.
The position is available immediately on a permanent basis with a good salary for the right applicant.
Live-in included with staff meals provided on and off shift.
