Hi,

I’ve got a spare double room to let from 15th June on a short or long term in a traditional style flat on west end park street (just up from St. Georges underground). The flat is furnished (bedroom includes bed, wardrobe, drawers, desk and chair) with a good sized kitchen (washing machine, microwave etc) and bathroom (with corner bath/shower). The only downside is that the flat doesn’t have a living room. Rent would depend on length of stay.

About me –female, work in the university, generally laid back as a flatmate…
