Glasgow £18,000 basic with OTE of £36,000+
Experienced B2B Sales Consultants required for market leading company who lead in online recruitment,candidate sourcing and job vacancy advertising. Basic salary of £18,000 basic with OTE of £36k+ with many consultants achieving well above this. This is an office based role.
The role will be either in a new business capacity, meaning you are to source new clients to sell the companies products and services to ; or in an account management role, which entails dealing with existing clients of the company and using your sales and relationship buildings skills to retain, upsell and renew their contracts. Our client will decide during interview process which department they feel you would be best suited to. This will be drawn from your past employment history and interview responses.
Experience of B2B sales is essential to your application. Making cold calls, sourcing new business and achieving sales targets previously is a must for this position, along with a steady work history. Previous recruitment or B2B online sales experience would also be advantageous, and ideal for recruiters looking stay within the industry, but move into a more business development focussed role with no candidate focus.
