Saturday 26 January, 2008 (late afternoon/evening): went to a reception in Hunter Halls, University of Glasgow, left the reception at some point in the evening to buy cigarettes on Byres Road and believe the button came off my dress at some point on my way there/back, see map with approximate itinerary in red..

The button came off a late 1940s dress which belonged to my grandmother.. it is about 3,5cm wide and 3cm high, it is brown and copper/gold, and is shaped like a sailing vessel.
