Female flatmates wanted for a Merchant City flat
Hey I am a postgraduate student at the University of Strathclyde. I've just seen a gorgeous flat on Ingram Street and want to take it up as soon as possible. It's a very nice, fully furnished modern, top floor flat at the end of Ingram Street, a minute's walk to Aldi. The accommodation comprises open plan living area with white gloss fitted kitchen, master bedroom with dressing room and en-suite shower room, main bathroom with shower & bath and another double bedroom. It's very spacious and the rooms come with good closet space and interior decor.
It's a great price for the awesome Merchant City location and the furnished quality of the flat.
I'd like to take the master bedroom with en-suite shower room, and would like another female student to take up the other double bedroom.
Now, here's the deal - I want to take up this flat right away, but I won't be able to move in until February. So, while I do want a flatmate for the other double room for a long term let, I also want someone to take up my room on a short term let for 2-3 months from 1st / 15th December to mid / end February.
LONG TERM LET
Double bedroom
Available - 1st/15th December 2009 - 31st August 2010
Rent - 340 pcm (exclusive of utilities) - 1 month's deposit + 6 month's rent in advance or UK guarantor
Anyone who takes up the other bedroom would essentially be my flatmate for 6 months and I'd really like it to be someone friendly, clean and tidy, easy going and someone who likes to hang out / chat every now and then.
SHORT TERM LET
Master Bedroom with en-suite shower and dressing area
Available - 1st/15th December 2009 - mid / end February 2010
Rent - 355 pcm (exclusive of utilities) - Full amount for 2 to be paid in advance + 1 month's deposit
The girl who takes the master bedroom for a short term let won't stay with me, but I would want it to be taken by someone who is very neat and tidy, orderly and would keep my room in an almost fresh, new and pristine condition.
P.S. The room with 2 lamps in the picture is the master bedroom (short term let) and the one with one lamp is the other double bedroom (long term let). The third picture is of the living room.
Since it's such an amazing flat in a very handy location, I reckon it'll go off the market very soon and I want to grab it before someone else does. It is available to move in right away and the max. period that it can be held for is 3 weeks. So, I'd be looking for the flatmate(s) to move in anytime between now and 15th December.
I am looking only for female students (simply for council tax reasons). Please let me know of any of the 2 options interest you - please mention which one - and we can talk more :-)
Cheers,
S
