Must have previous experience in a similar role. Must have excellent written and oral communication skills. Must also have good IT skills and be well presented as will be dealing with customers over the telephone and face to face. Duties include general admin and office tasks such as answering the telephone, taking orders and messages, advising and helping customers, filing, faxing, sorting the post, placing orders and arranging haulage and all other related tasks as required. 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday between 8.00am-4.30pm. Salary: £6.50 per hour.
