FLATMATE WANTED!

Hello I'm looking for a fellow student to take on the spare room in a two bedroom flat in Glasgow.

The room to rent is 4.5 meters by 3 meters, comes with lots of shelving, a double bed, a desk, a wardrobe and or whatever there is around the house. The rent is £270 a month plus approximately £30 a month electricity/gas and there 1 month rent deposit.

Its A fairly big flat with decent sized kitchen with dining table, a bathroom with bath/shower and A large sitting room with big bay window's, looks out along Victoria road. And for now it's a smoking flat, unless you can convince me to quit.

I am hoping to find someone that has some similar interests as me, I am studying Technical Production at RSAMD, I have a great interest and passion for music of all kinds especially electronic and experimental. Im looking for someone relaxed and easy to get on with as I would say im quite a calm person.

I'm not that great at cooking but I'll try, and I'm generally quit tidy.
