Newly built Bungalow with FREE seperate guest studio apartment situated in Altinkum, Didim Turkey . Property is freehold .. Council tax is in the region of £30 per year

The bungalo is on a private complex(coral gardens)and has just been completed last year, I Its only 5 mins drive from the lovely beaches, bars, restuarants and large posh new marina( opening next year- the 2 nd biggest marina in turkey! ). Minibus will be onsite to take residents to shops or beach so you dont need a car. They have built a wee shop at the beginning of the complex Also all the restaurants do a free pick up and drop off service and free delivery for food also. Its only 5 mins from 4 big supermarkets. There is 24hour security and gardeners too.
Its very quiet and peaceful and The view are beautiful ( uninterupted as no one can build infront of the complex). There has been planning permission given for a golf course which should start next year.
There are 12 British people who have bought and will live here all year round in the complex.
Its very quiet and tranquil( all fields and few cows- very relaxed but its only 5 mins drive away from the busy bit - if you like that. The shops there are great - good quality and very cheap! Bodrum is the closest airport and Izmir next. Takes around 55 minutes to get to Altinkum on the Aegean Coast although they r building a new road to cut this time down.
Bodrum town itself is absolutely beautiful lots of famous people have houses there. It has quaint old castle and beautiful marina. Its very cosmopolitin and nightlife is amazing.
The famous Appollo temple is in Altinkum rebuilt 2 nd time by alexander the great is a worldwide tourist attraction and is minutes away from the property too. There is loads of excursions and boat trips for around £5 with food included- dancing diving etc around 5 islands.
The nightlife is around the three beach areas and dolphin square- very busy during july august but must have the best amostphere with the best looking people from around the world- you can just sit in and people watch all night!
I looked at absolutely loads of houses 3 years ago and the last two summers as I love property and Im not one for lying sunbathing, this one was my favourite for size, location, price etc. The sunshine is amazing so you could rent out most of the year if you like.( around £350-400 per week especially when the 2nd biggest multimillion pound marina opens next month You could even rent to someone during winter. Some uk citizens live here all year because of the pure air and heath benefits( there is no big industry here so no heavy pollution, THE BEACHES ARE VERY SAFE FOR CHILDREN and water that beautiful aqua colour and the cheap cost of living and not to forget the amazing high interest on their saving in the bank. Alot of people remortgage their home in uk and buy a place outright then put rest of the money in the bank -their money is safe for when they need it and they simply spend the interest when they come on holiday and its a rolling % And if you rent the house out for £400 p/mth at the busy times, leaving the dates you wish to go on holiday empty and rent it out in the winter the payments will be covered with money left over and the interest from the bank. Plus the other benefits i.e cheap booze and cigarettes-
As Turkey is not in the e u yet its still a developing country and its a good time to buy with new marina and new golf courses opening soon. The legal costs to buy is £300 for lawyer and translator. Normally If you buy you will need to pay the normal 2.5% of the purchase price commission to an estate agent, however you will not have to pay this. The company that built them can help you with everything you need to get going. If you buy they take you out for the day to choose all your furniturine and curtains(- they make them from scratch to your requirements and they come and put them up on tracks and poles for you- brilliant) When you come back from Uk next time - the villa will be finished off with your curtains up, your furniture all in place and ready for you to enjoy your holiday. You can rent a car when you are there 2 weeks is around £150 only
There is a ferry in the Summer that goes to Kos Greece from Altinkum.
I have some more photos and video if you e mail I can send them to you
