Bedroom available in a large flat in a quiet residential building in Hyndland to share with 2 male postgraduate students (24 and 27).

You would really need to be a student as the council tax is fairly expensive in this area (even with a 25% discount). Ideally, we would prefer a postgraduate student who is tidy, respectful etc (the usual stuff), but is also sociable and good fun! The room is available from the 18th of this month (November) at the latest (though earlier dates are negotiable), and we would prefer someone to take the room for a year (until next September).

The flat - Large kitchen with all mod cons, dining table - it's a great kitchen for cooking - large living room with cable TV /wireless internet/phone with cheap international calls (especially to US and Europe). Bathroom has a shower.
The room is furnished - double bed, wardrobe, desk et.

Our last flat-mate was female, though we're happy for a male or female to take the room.

We're about 5 - 10 mins walk from Glasgow University and the subway and low level train is just around the corner, not to mention all the local Hyndland shops.

Rent is £295 per month (not including bills).
