I have recently moved to Glasgow from St Andrews. I am looking to gain employment in the bar/restaurant sector at any level.

In my recent posts I have been an assistant bar manager at a private members club in St Andrews, the head barman at a 5 star hotel in St Andrews.

In these two jobs I was promoted to these positions. I feel this is a reflection of my positive and professional attitude towards customer care and team work.

I am also WSET level 2 certified and would love to train your staff on up-selling your wine list.

In these jobs I have also been in charge of the cellar, and I am willing to take this tedious job off your hands as part of any employment.

I am available to start immediately and am willing to work a trial shift pro bono if there is the prospect of employment immediately afterwards.
