I have a three bedroom house in Hamilton, close to Hamilton West railway station and I'm looking to rent out 2 of the rooms.

The single room is spacious and has a single bed and general furnishings. the rent is £200pcm - single occupancy only.

Bills are included in the price so long as you are fair with the useage (gas, electricity etc) and you need to pay for your own phone calls from the house phone. It is a non smoking house but I dont mind if you stand at the back door to smoke!

The house is fully furnished and has all mod cons.
